Enrollment
In order to enroll your student, we must have hard copies of all original documentation in order to fulfill the proof of residency requirement. Enrollment packets can be picked up during business hours from the CPMS main office. Once completed, please schedule an appointment to complete the enrollment process. The form to request records of any kind including proof of enrollment for parents and guardians can be found HERE.
Any school corporation that requires a student record should email Ms. Krysta Thomas directly at: kbthomas@mvsc.k12.in.us. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing.
Withdrawal
Parents and guardians who need to withdraw their student from school should download, print, and complete a student withdrawal form. You may access the student withdrawal form HERE. Everything listed must be brought to Clifford Pierce Middle School with a current State ID or drivers license issued to the parent or guardian.
